  • Morning all

    Thanks for the chart, Chris.

I had a good start to the week and have been on plan. Should be the same today. Gym tonight and depending on how hard I work, I've got a couple of class lined up for tomorrow morning as well. Going at it hard as it'll be the last time I can go until Sunday.

Looking at the chart again, you did remarkably well in the last challenge. The success rate is over 75% of target achieved (and that includes some who put in targets but didn't return). Well done everyone!!:T

I've got a plan for today but it might change. I'm not sure that DH and I will be here together at dinner time so I might keep the fish for tomorrow and have something else, SW friendly of course.;)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, fried egg, HEA milk for drinks
    L: LO fried veg, pickles
D: baked cod, SW chips, cauli steak, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, mange tout
    Syns: none

I popped the stroganoff recipe on and wondered if it should be added to the pinned post.
    Today's menu
    Hea milk
    Heb ?
    B yogurt and banana
    L LO stroganoff
D tuna pasta salad (I don't like pancakes)
Syns/snacks pear, might have cheese and crackers to use up extra Hea and Heb, G&T and pkt of crisps (7)
Got drenched taking dogs out this morning but it's glorious again now so washing on line and we might chance another walk as the early one was cut short.
    Enjoy your day.

Wow! looking at the chart there were some great losses weren't there?
I was saying to OH last night that I am starting to actually feel the difference of a few lbs lost; my clothes are a bit loser, I can bend down to pick something up if I'm sat and it's getting easier, and it's not as hard to get in and out of my car :D

So I have a food plan for today, which is always a good:
B - banana (didn't have time for the other fruit I had planned)
L - porridge HEB, milk from HEA & sugar (2)
    0% yogurt with apple (1.5) & mango
D - Slow cooked beef casserole (leeks, onions, carrots, swede & turnips) with potatoes - allowing (2) syns for the gravy thickening per portion as I used a Colmans seasoning mix.

Reporting a -1.8lb loss this week. Glad with that after indulging, and hoping it doesn't catch up with me by next week

    Hello All
Popping in with a loss of -2lb I am quite pleased have been very good this week and am attempting the couch to 5 k just started my second week yesterday. Admittedly it is mostly walking but it's more exercise than I usually do in a week so I guess it's all got to help.

I shall probably be writing of today as it is dds birthday and I have just finished making her cake and in so doing have eaten a ton of Italian buttercream. Later there will be cake and pizza

Promise to get back on plan tomorrow.

Have a good day all, thanks for the chart and keeping us in line chrisv

Thank you Chris. No WI last night due to a friends father suddenly passing, and having to have mind her children for the night, by the info, he suffered a crushing injury caused by a failed car lift.

So me and the wife WI now on Thursday, and again next Monday, to bring us back to our usual class of 7pm.

Reporting a loss of 1.5lbs, had hoped for 2lbs, as stuck to plan 100%, but mustn’t complain. Have lost 1st7.5lbs so far in 7 weeks 😁😁😁. Long way to go, but am making progress. And 21.5lbs in butter for instance is quite a pile 😉.

Bought the new flavour hifi bar (Millionaires Shortbread) to try later 😋

Well done to all losers, keep at it and you will see results! 👍👍👍
