    Well said TheTalkingDead , i know i was very naughty but at the time really enjoyed it :D but my stomach didnt:eek::rotfl: we are going theatre again a week tomorrow and funnily enough i just said to dh jokingly we could have a re run of this week:rotfl::rotfl:
    He said no cause my stomach was bad, we will still eat out but somewhere different:p
    Longs i dont put more than 6 lbon im still in target and really dont think i have put that much on 3 maybe:rotfl::rotfl: but i have been good since:p

    Better day but I am aware not enough speed
    DH v wobbly ,specialist nurse coming Tuesday ,to start weaning him off one drug which isn't helping and may be making things worse .
    Think I have a water infection so not feeling great .

    Sorry to hear that sue . Hopefully the nurse can help and make sure you get medication if you need to. :)

    I was pleased with my restraint at the tea dance. I had 2 small pieces of rye bread with spread and smoked salmon, 2 tsps of hummus and the rest all fruit and vegetables. :)

    Dinner tonight was absolutely lush. I bought the £6 per kg beef joint from Aldi and it was amazing. I'll buy more for the freezer if they have them next week. The gravy was fantastic and as I cooked it this morning I was able to skim off most of the fat. I'd certainly recommend... unless you're veggie of course. :o
