Well done bubbs on your STS and well done to all others sticking to the plan. My WI is tomorrow and am dreading it. I had a sneaky peek at my own scales at the weekend and there was no loss 😩. I have stuck to plan 100%, and I eat lots of speed, have cut back on the syns in the last few days even tho I am allowed 20. Wondering now what could cause it, or if it is just part of the course 🙄. I have eaten more 0% fromage frais this week than before, and have read it slows things down for some folk, perhaps that includes me. I guess wait and see what happens tomorrow but feel very frustrated .

I absolutely feel your pain and can so, so empathise with you. That was me, couple of weeks ago. I'd been bang on plan, felt deprived and miserable. Said no to cakes, cookies, chips and wine. Ate loads of speed and went to the gym three times. Gained a whopping 4lb. I actually cried, I was so upset. BUT I carried on, went to the gym and this week lost that 4lb plus another half. AND let me tell you, I am NOWHERE near target. So far from it.

We all lose weight differently. My son, who is also doing SW, loses 2lb every single week, regular as clockwork. I tend to lose big, then lose nothing - or gain - and then lose again. Just keep on going and you will get there. Weight loss is not linear and everyone's journey is the different. You WILL get there if you just stick to the plan.

Thanks for your very kind and sensible words. I am STILL miserable about it and can’t shake ioff the unfairness of it. Stupid I know.

Hi Chrisv.......Thanks for the chart....Forgot to post my gain this week. Can you put me down for a +1lb..I was away visiting family so I am happy with the pound gain...Could have been more considering the alcoholic beverages I consumed...:D
