 good to see you tete and pleased that you're enjoying the new job. Do you have any lunch facilities?
 Kettle, toaster, microwave ... so I can have soup. Tomorrow is diet cola ham with quinoa and roast veg (aubergine, courgette, onion, mushrooms, cherry toms), and I've been taking in a homemade 'fruit pot' of chopped apple, pineapple, pomegranate and passion fruit, which I graze on through the morning. Carrot sticks for the afternoon.
Did you have a good holiday Maman?
Have a happy and healthy week everyone! xWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

That's a brilliant choice bubbs . I'm still using my last stocks of beetroot.. I'll use all of those except the green beans. I find those a bit tasteless unless fried with bacon and garlic.
I had a great holiday tete although it's taken a while to get back to normal. Good that you can heat things up at work. Have a good week.0 -

Not 100% sure how today is going to work out but I know it'll be on plan! DH won't be here for dinner so I can have egg and chips again.:D I'm going to be out at lunchtime so while I've got LOs in the fridge I may buy something like a Subway salad pot, depends how hungry I get and whether I can wait.
EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana
L: cold beef with fried LO vegegg, chips, mushrooms, beetroot, tomatoes
Syns: syrup 2.50 -
Hi everyone.
Sorry for my absence (I have a note - OHs big birthday at the weekend and all the prep for that)
Well done losers and maintainers, chin up to the gainers, and I hope those under the weather feel better soon.
The gain I had at the end of the last challenge disappeared within a week so I'm just 11/2 lb over target weight. However the house is now full of birthday cake, and I'm busy thinking of who we can give it to ! Relatives have taken some, OH will take some to work tomorrow and the neighbours will be given some of it so hopefully it won't be around for long. Lots of lovely food and drink consumed this weekend and great company, so back on it tomorrow. I'd like to get to the low end of target by early May, when we go on holiday (OHs surprise present) and I need to fit into my summer clothes again.
Wishing you all a good week.0
