    had Quorn “chicken nuggets” for tea tonight with loads of salad and my own SW chips. We have had them loads of times now and adult offspring do not even know they are Quorn! :rotfl:
    They are only half a syn each.

    You can also make them using your oats (HEB) blitzed up, an egg & some plain yoghurt. I quite like them but DH not so keen so tend to just do baked oats now rather than pancakes.

    They are all aware of my thoughts!
    Got there at 2 pm and found him dressed but still on the bed ,I got him off and into a chair and then went and had v strong words .
    Seen Dr and everyone ,can't find any reason for his fluid retention,aim to get him into a rehab bed in our town by the end of the week,then home after a few days .
    He is again much better in himself ,
    SW wise had a mugshot I found in the cupboard for lunch ,just has SW meatballs and salad and half a glass of wine
    About to make a cuppa ,then bed
    I'm shattered
