Thank you all for you kind words and support. It was at this stage Mrs TTD and I found it hard to maintain going to SW due to home life and gave it up on the first try(and the fact that supportive "friends" didn't want to stay at group for support but wouldn't tell until we got there so we had to drive back to take them home). Still not set a target yet I'm still thinking of where my happy place would be to maintain it, Mrs TTD is not ready to commit to an interim target yet, and the look I had when I asked in the car in the way back said "keep on, and your in the dog house" so not wanting to sleep in the shed I kept shtum.
  • Morning all

Well done to the losers, particularly bubbs and TTD (and his missus! :D)

Just got back from a long walk with the pooch...lovely misty morning. Plan for today is:

B - Quaker big bowl with 250ml SS milk (A&B)
L - Salad with salmon flakes
    D - Spicy chicken pasta.
S - Raspberries and strawberries with full fat Greek yoghurt (3) and a tablespoon of maple syrup (2)

I'll have a coffee after my dinner with a splash of milk, so will allow another Syn for that. All my other drinks will be water or herbal tea.
