    Evening all,

Glad you're feeling a bit better bubbs as for the non-freezer food ideas how about stir fry? I like those coz they are quick and easy to make. All day breakfast (I use veggie sausages to cut down on syns), chicken with savoury rice and mixed salad (had it last night and it's one of my faves). Most of my meals are cooked in about 30 mins or I can put in a slow cooker while I'm at work, or shove in the oven to cook if a bit longer once I'm back from work. I'm no slave to the kitchen, not got the inclination for that mallarky any longer like I used to years ago.

    Meal plan today:
    B - banana
L - mixed salad (mixed leaves, cucumber, sweetcorn, carrot, pickled onions), lean ham, grated cheese (hexA1) dressing (2) & 3 x multigrain ryvita (hexB)
afternoon snack - 0% total yogurt with strawberries & mango
D - Bacon, mushrooms, spring onions, linguinne with a small amount of carbonara sauce LO in the fridge (max 50g) so I'll call that (5) syns as I watered it down with water from the pasta and added garlic, black pepper and mixed herbs to give it a bit more flavour
    hexA2 - milk in tea/coffee

Nothing planned for this weekend, so think it'll be a lot of household chores, and if the weather permits some gardening. Love having a free weekend to do what I like. Have a good one too everyone!
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
