Typically Per 100Ml is 2 Syns for a sugar free concentrate of apple juice or orange juice.
If you drink 568Ml (1 pint) that equates to 10.5 Syns per 1 pint, or 31.5 Syns per 3 pints of juice if this is an amount you ingest in one day along with water, and a high chance your not counting them as Syns when drinking along with water through the day.
Its only water and sugar free squash I drink but thanks.0 -

Chrisv, I'm late again.....I really do not know where this week has gone to....:eek: I have a gain again for last week please +1lb... God knows how much it will be on Monday...:rotfl::rotfl:...Not that I have much time to eat at the moment.
Calmer next week for me so I can concentrate on meal planning instead of grabbing anything I can push down my throat:D[STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]
OMG, I'm rich! Silver in the hair, Gold in the teeff, Crystals in the Kidney, Sugar in the blood, Lead in the butt, Iron in the arteries and an inexhaustible supply of natural gas! I never thought I would accumulate such wealth!! :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Some nice losses posted 👍, well done losers :T. Denise, freeze the leftover bagels if you don’t want to eat them all soon. I always keep some in the freezer for when kids arrive home, usually at short notice and hungry :rotfl:.
Bubbs, hope you get over your bug soon, cannot believe how much you drink !
Good week so far. More than 20,000 steps the other day visiting Tower of London. Plus a lot of stairs there plus on the tube, should do this more often
. Ended up in a Tkmaxx but forgot all about looking for the Skinny syrups, oh well. Still have a tiny bit left of a Waldens Farm bottle. Hoping the weather warms up again, had snow and hail on my day out in London Wednesday. Have a good weekend everyone.
