Well done sirens on sotw and that's a great loss poundsinbucks

I was going to be going out tonight so I was looking at local eating places for the best sw friendly one but plans have now changed and I'm back on the meal plan.

When I say I use more syns when I'm with people it's really just wine ! I don't drink so much when I'm on my own but I'm more easily persuaded by someone else. all counted and in my syn allowance but it's interesting to see where they go from one day to the next!

B: overnight oats & frozen mixed berries (HEB)
L: chicken fajita salad, with a bit of cheese (HEA)
T: Beefy mince, pot, cabbage, carrots (1 syn for cornflour)

Milk (HEA) for hot drinks and probably a fat free yog (1 syn) and a hi-fi bar (3 syns) for snacks later.

    Morning all.

    Thanks for the chart Chris.
Well done to all the losers!

I didn't weigh in properly through March and I'm regretting it now.
My birthday stretched to a month of treats and poor food choices.
I need inspiration to get back on track before I spoil all the hard work I've already done.
I will get my books out.....

At least you realise you need to get back on plan and have made the decision to get your books out Curl Girl. Start posting regularly again as well. I think putting it down on here helps to keep you on track - it certainly does me which is why I still do it after being at target for nearly 7 years!

    Today's plan:

    B - bacon & mushroom toasted sandwich
L - jacket potato, cottage cheese & salad
D - baked corned beef hash with fried egg on top and some beans (a new to me recipe but I'll be substituting the cream with quark!) - need to check syns as will have some horseradish sauce in it but probably about 2 Syns

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - horseradish sauce 2?

    Afternoon :)

Bubbs I hope your op date comes soon as that must be worrying for you

Curlgirl get back on it, draw a line and look ahead. I agree with Denise that posting regularly and putting up your daily meal plan helps. I also like to look back at a week's meal plans when I've had a good result to see if it will help replicate that to improve losses when they seem to stagnate.

Woke up this morning feeling absolutely fine again. So weird how I felt so uncomfortable last night. We were watching The Yorkshire Vet on TV, and they did a procedure on a bloated bull to let a build up of gas escape, and I told OH to get a bit of hosepipe from the garden and do the same to me, as I'm sure it would have been a massive relief.

    Meal plan today is:
B - porridge HEB with milk from HEA & apples (1.5)
    L - mixed salad with peppered ham, dressing (2) & 3 Ryvita.
0% greek yog with mango & strawberries
D - SW ping meal (free) might be meatballs & pasta I think and will add grated parmesan HEB2

OH is going out with my nephew later to look at a motorbike, so I've got a bonus night alone, so will probably watch a chick flick of some kind

Oooh, and lastly happy to report -2lb this week. Hoping that's a result of the extra exercise I've been getting - my knees would confirm that I think ;)
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

Have finally got round to checking syns and the horseradish is 1.5 syns; however I forgot about synning the corned beef! So that will be another 4 syns.
