    Evening all,

Some really great losses coming in, well done all :T:T

    Thanks for the chart Chris

    Meal plan today:
    B - Banana.
L - mixed salad with ham, pickled onions & dressing (2), 3 Ryvita HEB. 0% greek yog with strawberries & mango
    D - M&S LF cumberland sausages (2), mash, beans, ketchup (2)

    HEA - milk in drinks

Tummy feels a bit bloated after dinner, so going to just wait for my food to digest. Think there's still something hanging around I'm struggling to shift - maybe a bit of a bug?
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

I met my Auntie today and took her for a quick lunch. She had scampi, chips and peas and I had a green salad with little chicken pieces and a few slithers of avocado.

I came home starving and cold and thank god I had made a SW quiche yesterday. bacon, red pepper, spring onions etc. If that had not been there I would have raided the fridge and cupboard!

I did chicken tikka for tea with rice and half a naan. No pudding and I am still starving. I will be glad to go to bed tonight!
We we’re talking about Naan bread in group, I didn’t know most store bought or restaurant homecooked Naan breads are typically 19-25 Syns per bread, even the whole meal ones. I was gob smacked.
