Well done on keeping going sue. :T
I'm guilty of not measuring HEAs (especially milk) too midge and some weeks going a bit over on syns (mostly when I eat out). I find that works OK for maintaining (or getting a small loss like you have this week). If I stray to the top (or out) of target range then I have to be stricter with myself.
Good luck with your meal plan denise. I suppose I could do a month but weekly seems to work for me. I do buy in whenever I see good offers or YS though so many of the main ingredients I'll need for the next month are already in the freezer/cupboards. I did well with YS in Sainsbury's last week with fish and meat.:DAlso we've had 2 of the beef joints (£6 per kg) from Aldi and they're really good.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk, skinny syrup, banana
L: cold pork, LO veg and picklesbaked salmon, cauli steaks, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms and SW chips
Syns: none?
Although he now measures the oats, I'm convinced DH gave me a larger portion of porage than his own today. I did tell him not to fatten me up!! but there may be a few syns in there.;)0 -

Sorry to hear things aren't too good SuffolkSue and as Maman said well done on keeping going.
Had to go and get a blood test redone this morning after getting a call from the Dr's surgery Friday afternoon but couldn't pick up the form until this morning which meant getting there later than I'd have liked. Just have to wait for another call from the surgery once the result is back to make an appointment to see the Dr.
The menu plan is done for the month but no doubt there will be changes! There usually is but I find it helps me to use up some of the food in the freezer but of course if I can get bargains at the SM then I'll certainly pick them up and slot them into the plan or freeze them for next month!

I feel really bloated tonight and am putting it down to drinking more water.
Our consultant often says its vital to drink plenty so yesterday I started my new regime! I bought a measured water bottle and fill it twice during the day so thats a total of 1500 mls.
However, I feel heavier. I ate my normal breakfast and scrambled egg, salad and a ryvita for lunch and then low fat sausages (2) mashed potato using egg and baked beans for tea.
Theres an old saying that a pint of water weighs a pound and a quarter so I’m wondering whether to cut back the day before WI.0
