Aww Beanie, sorry to hear that. Hope you’re okay?

SuffolkSue sorry to hear about DH. Hope the fish and chips were yum. It’s just one day after all.

It was DS#3’s birthday yesterday so beige food was consumed, but I’m not stressed about it. Have had a LOT of exercise this week, and hoping it will negate the naughties. Went to clubbercise again tonight and I was aching even before I went, but I still went and that’s the main thing. Had fun, and the person who was meant to go with me backed out last minute, but I went alone all the same. If pulse squatting for a minute at a time doesn’t give me a backside that can crack walnuts after this I will be sorely (pun intended) disappointed.

Had a bit of retail therapy on my last day off work and bought some lovely bits for the newly decorated room. Quite fancy moving into it myself now, and it’s very ‘on trend’ grey, white and ochre.

    Food today:
B - porridge HEB with water, apple slices (1.5) & milk from
    HEA.
    L - M&S layered pasta salad (5)
Snack - M&S fat free blueberry quark (1?), banana
D - SW tikka masala with cauliflower rice
    Snack - M&S Baked crisps (4?)

Back in my usual routine tomorrow, which will be nice to get back to. Being home is all different kinds of temptation and too handily around food for my liking.

Edited to add: -1lb this week
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

  • -1 lb for me. Happy enough with that as I have not been eating so no speed whatsoever, just goes to show the impact of speed. Hopefully will be able to get back on plan tomorrow and register a decent loss fo next week.
