Good morning! Had a Muller Light mixed with few spoons of Greek yogurt and few Raspb/blueb/strawberries (smaller quantity ) for breakfast. Lunch will be a salad with boiled egg. Dinner fish pie with swede/carrot topping and more speed veg on the side.
Didn’t have my usual syns last night, just 1.25 Syns for half a merengue nest crumbled onto 3 strawberries and Skyr. No McVities Thins to go with my coffee in the evening, well didn’t have the coffee, full stop. Might have some grapes this evening, a few, not the whole punnet this time .

Fine thanks FE. Good to see you posting. How are you doing?:)
As I suspected I was hungry when I got back yesterday evening. Had a strange snack (beef & pickled onion then cottage cheese with grapes stirred in) but it filled a hole and kept me away from syns.;)
Today I've got some beansprouts to use up so I'm having a stir fry for my lunch.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit squash, HEB toast, HEA1 milk for drinks, scrambled eggs
L: veggie stir fry with noodlesSW Bolognese with tagliatelle and Parmesan (HEA2)
Syns: HP sauce 10 -
Had to go and have a blood test done this morning. Spent over an hour waiting - what a waste of time. In fact the first hospital I went to had actually closed the department as they had enough people waiting to see before they finished the session! That was over 2 hours!
Today's plan:
B - beans on toast
L - LO shepherds pie; green beans, peas & Brussels
D - Lemon, garlic chicken traybake. Will add onions, carrots & peppers
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - none - too many last night!

Not the greatest meal, but going to have mashed potatoes & baked beans for dinner, this not being able to chew is a pain, but at least I may enjoy this and it won't involve chewing.
I am working on the basis that this is the first time this week that I have actually fancied something to eat, so it can do no harm, or at least not muchA smile costs little but creates much0 -
GTQ - they're both on plan! Hope you enjoy it.
