We used to be up at 5.10am and out the door at 5.40am every day (except Friday when I worked from home!). Glad I don't have to do it any more though.
It's usually about 7 when I get up but today it was just gone 8! Certainly puts me out for the morning!
Still looks like it's just me and you Bubbs today, LOL!
Denise
Trouble is im awake early at the weekend too:rotfl:

Not even 1 post today:eek::eek:
Denise and Maman hope you are both ok? as always post your'e meal plan for the day
We've been out for the day.
Had an unplanned lunch out and nothing much SW friendly available.
In some ways it's good that all the eating out is focused into this week. It'll be a write off SWwise but then I can try and get lower down my target range. I'm still doing 'good when I can' though so the meals in between will be on plan.
Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, fried egg, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: salad, sandwiches, dressing:eek:
salmon, SW chips, asparagus, tomatoes, mushrooms, cauli steaks
Syns: loads and weekend wine on top.0 -
Here they all are coming out the woodwork now:rotfl::rotfl:
Sirens, enjoy your Chinese
Maman hope you had a good day?even if lunch was not SW:o

Evening gang,
Thank syn-free food it's Friday!!
Reporting a -1lb loss this week please Chris (was actually 2.5lb before official weigh in day, but went up! grrrr!) It'll be back off next week.
Had an unplanned lunch today also. Went out with some colleagues, and thought we were going to a local hotel bar for a snack/drink where we've been before, so had a plan of what I was going to have. However, the curve ball was that one of them had reserved a table at a local cafe down the road, and I had no idea what was on their menu. Unfortunately it turned out what was on the menu was all off-plan. Eeeek! I'd no food back at the office to fall back on by just having a drink, and eating back there, plus everyone else was having lunch (as we'd agreed the week before to eat out). Argh! I hate situations like this. Anyway, while they were chit-chatting away I was scouring the menu for a suitable fall-back option, so here's today's plan:
B - nectarine, Fage 0% yogurt with raspberry & pomegranate (2)
L - cheese on wm bread HEB & HEX + extra 6 syns on the safe side (didn't eat it all)
D - mixed salad with cucumber, peppers, salad leaves, carrot, sweetcorn, pickled onions, baked potato, spread (2), b.beans, dressing (2)
HEA 2 - milk in tea/coffee
The cheese on toast was the worst I've ever had in my life. Tasted like it'd actually touched the grill element. The toast was wet and soggy, the cheese wasn't melted properly, simply yuk, so had no problem leaving half of it. Just a waste of money. My colleagues had scones with jam & cream, or sausages, egg & chips.... you get an idea of how difficult it was to choose.
Have had several NSV this week as 4 people have commented on the fact I have clearly lost weight. Today two of my colleagues both said so as I took my coat off this morning. I think I was wearing a more fitted dress, and my waist has gone in more. It gives you incentive to keep at it, and despite a small loss, I think things are shifting around bodywise and I can feel the difference in my clothes too. Just need my fat tummy to get smaller still  Still plenty of my left to be shed mind you, so not at all complacent. I can't see much difference in the mirror mind you, which is actually good incentive for me.
Stay warm with this rubbish weather forecast for the bank holiday. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

It’s been lovely here all day in sunny Scotland, unusual at this time of year. I’ve been thinking all morning who I can give it to but I grudge parting with it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Could I please have a recipe for your chicken Bubbs? Looks amazing!0
