Ashleigh black pudding is 10 syns per 100g so quite high syn!

Don't know what or how much mayo you had but if you use Lighter than Light mayo it's only 0.5 syns per Tbs.

If your roll was more than 60g it would also be extra syns for that, assuming it was wholemeal. If it was a white roll it would be about 9 syns (standard sized roll).

    Denise

PS. Maman beat me to it. The timer went off on my oven just after I started typing and then I finished it off after I'd eaten it!

    Thanks Maman and Denise,

Was a butchers slice so will syn it at 10 to be safe as don’t know the Syns, was worth it though luckily it’s a very rare treat! Yeah the owners are fab, they have a font of knowledge and can recommend meals to include or exclude hex’s. Have used lighter than light mayo but was a bit heavy handed hence the 2 Syns.

Where is everyone today? I had to go out this morning and also had lunch while we were out. Managed to put a machine load of washing on the line before going out - no idea if it's dry yet but certainly doesn't look too wet even though there is virtually no wind. Don't think we've had any rain as slabs aren't wet!

    Today's plan:

B - a sort of cross between eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict - didn't quite work out as the sauce didn't work so had to bin it, so we ended up with a portobello mushroom topped with spinach, poached egg & ham! Was OK but don't think I'll bother again!
L - went out for a pub lunch courtesy of Shepherd Neame's birthday club for DH's birthday (which is next week) so only had to pay for starters, drinks & my meal. For starters DH had squid rings with aioli & rocket and for main had steak & chips with some more rocket, I had some olives followed by a buddha bowl with falafels and avocado. Total Syns: 9.5 so well within syns.
D - Ham, egg, chips. May have some beans too if I have any open in the fridge (don't want to open a tin as out tomorrow & Sunday).

    HEA - milk
HEB - None planned but may have Ryvita and/or hifi bars
Syns - 9.5 for lunch. If I have Ryvita will be an extra couple of syns for hummus

    Denise

PS - you must have been typing while I was Bubbs!

It was just lack of time this morning! I overslept and had hairdresser at 9.30 and needed to go out about 10.30 so just no time to get on the laptop and post!

Is it the usual chicken Fakeaway tonight?

We used to be up at 5.10am and out the door at 5.40am every day (except Friday when I worked from home!). Glad I don't have to do it any more though.

It's usually about 7 when I get up but today it was just gone 8! Certainly puts me out for the morning!

Still looks like it's just me and you Bubbs today, LOL!
