    Climbing back in !
Please put me down for 10lbs again pleas Chris and Thankyou .
Monday appointment was v productive, they were all so kind .
We nearly didn't make it as DH fell heavily in the kitchen an hour before we were due to leave.
Got him up with help and my friend came ,we bundled him into the car and went .
In a nutshell not Parkinson's ,not sure what ,could be several things ,' some treatable, some not.'
They are going to have him in for a day and do all the scans M RIs etc and then review .took lots of blood tests .
Suspect it won't be good but agree we need a diagnosis .
Will definitely get back on plan properly ,too many snacks etc
    Good luck everybody

Glad DH was OK after his fall before you went to the hospital. That's good news Suffolksue that your DH doesn't have Parkinsons but as you say you really need to know what it is. Do hope it is something treatable.

Good luck with getting back on plan. It is so easy to go off plan when other things are happening in your life. I think you're doing really well with everything that is going on.

Sorry not posted as often as liked...lets just say other half off work. Still I managed to feed him up and me down. At class lost
    3 lbs :j:j

Have stayed on plan and tried to save syns up last weekend for a glass or two off wine. Made homemade chips and fish and mushy peas on Saturday (crumbed as in SW recipe) him well pleased with them. Intend to try the same with chicken breasts crumbed later in week.
My main plan this week is to ensure a third plate is speeds. I let myself down with too little fruit and veg, get it in a breakfast - but drop off during the day.....old SW of years ago red and green days!!

Can someone tells me what Bubbs picture is then I can look up recipe.
    Chris

I will not be around for the full 8 weeks of the new challenge but would love to be added to the list if ok to miss a week. If ok can you put me down for 10 lbs

    Everyone stay positive:)

Well done Vegastare that's a fantastic loss this week. I still do the odd Green or Red day! Usually do EE and don't get on at all with EESP as I miss my carbs too much! There isn't a problem doing the old plans if that's what you want to do although you might struggle with syn values unless you still have your old books!

Welcome Ashleigh to the thread. You might find it helpful to post your meal plans each day to help keep you on track. Do you go to group or are you going it alone?

It's WI for me this morning but not expecting a loss - will be happy with STS or even a small gain, just as long as I'm still in target. Only one more WI after today before my long holiday so definitely want to still be in target before I go.

Back later after WI with result and menu plan. Might have to change my planned dinner depending on whether I can get a couple of bits I need!

Returning to the fold. Been continuing with SW (now lost 3.5 stone) but stopped checking in here due to a job change causing minor chaos with my routine.

Chris can you put me down for 11lb for the next challenge. It's very optimistic in the timeframe but it's what I need to hit target.
