4.5 lb off for me in a new weight bracket ...

    That's a great loss TTD. Well done!:T

    ....set my target next week.

Does that mean your final target?:)

DH and I should be in together for about an hour. So, enough time to eat but he'll have been out for tea beforehand. I'm going to do the sausage and mash as planned and he can have a small portion if he wants. Any LOs will come for my lunch.:D

I've decided I need to go to WI this week. Not hugely hopeful but I'm eating out 3 times next week so no point putting it off until I'm even heavier:eek:. If I'm out of target then I'll pay next week or I might get away with it....;)

Wow that's a great loss TTD. Are you planning on calling target next week or setting it?

Good luck for WI this week Maman. I think I'm going to be OK this week but next week may be more difficult as out to eat at least twice! Will just have to be as careful as I can and then decide whether I'm going to go for a final WI before my month's holiday!

    Well done poundsinbucks:T:T:T

Thank you thank you guys 😊. Pleased to report -1.5lbs after WI this week. And that made me Slimmer Of The Month at group, so I am chuffed to bits. Am celebrating tonight with some Lindt dark Easter choc MSE style ofcourse 😉. Have weighed and portioned it, ready for tonight in front of the tv with my coffee.

Thanks for this week’s chart chrisv and well done to all folk sticking to plan 👍. Hugs to those struggling xxx

Another 1.5lbs to go to get to my 3 stone sticker, hope to get there next week. Also booked a week away in the Algarve in June, villa with a pool and more importantly a BBQ 😂. Will pack the Fry Light and some fatfree dressing 😉, can’t wait.

I get a bit fed up sometimes because my weight loss is so slow. 1st 5.5 lbs since New Year.

Today I had a bit of what I gather is called a NSV. Last June I bought a new watch on the plane home from hols. I discovered that it wouldn’t fit my wrist so OH made an extra hole. I noticed tonight how loose it is and have had to go in two more holes.

I haven’t gone down a bra size but there’s a lot more space in them.

I tried my tankinis on (big ones!) to see how they are for my hols in June and they look fine. If anything the bottoms are on the loose side. Last summer I was bulging out of everywhere.:rotfl:

Finally I wear a pendant on a chain round my neck and never take it off. Just had a shower and noticed it is almost between my boobs whereas it used to sit much higher on my chest so I must have lost weight around my neck.

Little things like that cheer me up a bit.

Some great NSVs Pennylane. You're losing at more than 1lb a week which is the best way to lose. SW recommend between 1-2lb a week so you are in the right area. Remember the weight went on over a period of time and it will take time for it to come off!

Congratulations on 3 NSVs penny .:T

We're exactly a third of the way through the year. Would you take 4 stone 2.5 lbs by Christmas? I know I would have done. 😁

Don't be disheartened, you're doing really well. :)

TTD well done on that weight loss!
Good job on your NSV Penny!!

Yesterday I was fully on plan, but it wasn't what I planned. I realised in the morning that I didn't have anything suitable for lunch to take to work... :o
Breakfast - Weetabix with soymilk, blueberries and strawberries
Lunch - Half a can of baked beans (don't ask!) and an apple
Dinner - quick tea - pasta & veg in a home made sauce.
Bad snacks - red velvet cupcake (vegan) which was 12.5 syns. It was at work and I couldn't say no!! :o no other bad snacks at all that day

Also went to Zumba and hit my daily exercise and step goals :T

I have a better day of eating today!
Breakfast - Weetabix and fruit again
Lunch - The left over pasta (2.5 syns)
Dinner - Quorn vegan burger @ (2 syns)

This thread really helps, you're all so supportive. I feel like I have a much better relationship with food than I ever had!! :D
