WI as usual tomorrow at 7pm reporting that I have been on plan and focused to ensuring I am not going to let this week derail my slimming world. I’ve been with my kids nearly all week, and I’ve had about 5 hours sleep all week but I have been focused and counting every drop of syns I put in. And putting loads of speed inside me fruit veg the lot. Max syns per day I have is about 7.5 when I eat a 30g chilli heatwaves doritos.
Good luck for tomorrow and try and keep your pecker up x

Had a quiet day at home today, and even managed to get some washing dried outside (and it didn't threaten to blow away today!). OH is out with my nephew picking up a vehicle and not back until late tonight, so had an indulgent afternoon/evening watching whatever I like on Netflix :D

    Meal plan today:
    B - banana
L - bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, toast HEB + 6
D - SW korean beef with noodles, which was delicious and very filling
HEA - milk in tea/coffee HEA

Thanks for that bubbs . I'll take a look next visit.:)

They might sell different things in different stores but I'd be surprised if it applies to 5% meat. Strangely I tried to buy dried rosemary this week as I'd finished a jar I bought in Aldi in Milan. (I like going to supermarkets abroad to see what they sell and buying a useful souvenir to remind me of my holiday). They don't sell rosemary locally so I had to get it in Sainsburys.

I've found the same thing. My local Aldi only seems to sell things like coriander, parsley, black pepper. Not a great range to be honest. I go to the Chinese supermarket a couple of times a year to pick up dried herbs which I use regularly, otherwise I pick them up at my local farm shop. Anything else I pick up in Mr Ts.
