Look after yourself Beanie. Just do what you can SW wise, your health is far more important.

Hope all goes well at the hospital Suffolksue. Well done on your STS this week.

I didn't weigh this week as I was feeling rough. I'm struggling a bit this week and have already used most of my syns so need to keep very low syn from today until Wednesday otherwise I'm sure I'll be out of target range (at the top end unfortunately). I really need to stick to plan for the next couple of weeks as I'm off on holiday then - just 2 WIs before I go.

    Today's plan:

B - veggie omelette - pepper, tomato, shallot
L - jacket potato topped with tuna & sweetcorn mayo, salad
D - LO chicken from last night's roast; fried up potatoes, LO cauliflower & baked beans

    HEA - milk
    HEB - nothing planned
    Syns - 3 Tbs LTL mayo 1.5

    Denise

PS - just saved myself 0.5 syn! Only used 2 Tbs of LTL mayo.
  • busy day today, im changing passwords from temp ones to more permanent ones with all my websites and subscriptions.

I just checked my Driving licence and it needs a new photo as it expires November this year, so I may as well change both mug shot and address but shame it will cost me money.

Currently changing addresses with DWP, been on hold since 10 am this morning and only 10 mins ago got through to do a simple step of change an address. I think ill write to the rest of them, rather than phone.

Going to put cauliflower in on boil now and par boil them, the strain dry and season with white pepper sea salt, and spread my HE lighter 20grams of cheese and bake
  • I have to report half a pound gain ..... :(
  • Life has overtaken me :( Was helping at a St George's evening bash on Saturday, spent 12 hours rushing around, 16k steps, baked oats for breakfast, was working around dinner (we were cooking sausages & mash, veg soup, apple pie with cream, custard or ice cream) allergic to pork so was going to have veg sausages. Only problem was there were a lot of veggies who didn't mention it when they bought the tickets, mind readers we are not, so only soup for me, was good avoiding the apple pie. Eventually got home & synned by having a bowl of weetabix!

Today, my lovely boss (I'm being serious) announced, "I have bought you something" - a box of Hotel Chocolat chocolates
A smile costs little but creates much :)

I used to have a boss like that! He knew I was eating healthily but not that I was doing SW. He always bought me sickly chocolates with a sort of fondant filling (luckily I didn't like them so just took them home with me and let DH eat them, LOL!).

Sending a big hug to beanie and sue. Sorry that things are hard for you at the moment.:A

That does sound like an awful lot of time wasted TTD.:( Have you managed to find new place to live already or have I missed something?

I went to Home Bargains earlier. I only get there every couple of months and generally stock up on store cupboard things. So now I've plenty of Frylight and butter beans.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold meat, fried veg, pickles (beetroot, cornichons, onion)
D: chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: HP sauce 1, honey (in stir fry sauce) 2.5

Well done poundsinbucks on being our SOTW. You've had great losses the last two weeks so it was well deserved.

    Well done poundsinbucks !
    Thanks for the chart Chris.

I will do a brave the scales next weekend and then start afresh in the new challenge
There's talk of a holiday soon so I need to sort myself out, we didn't go anywhere last year and I said I wanted to lose some weight before I went abroad again.
I swelled up terrible last time, my feet were shocking!

Wrap them up ready to give as a lovely present to someone so you're not tempted.

I resisted going to T for the cheap Easter eggs as I know I would have eaten the Cadbury ones if they were in the house.
