Does anyone know how many syns Ready Brek is? 30g + 150ml of almond milk

    tia!

If you use the Original Ready Break you can have 40g as HEB as well, rather than using your syns. Would be 7 syns if not used as HE.

Seem to have caught a cold and not feeling brilliant. Have taken a couple of Lemsip Cold & Flu capsules and feeling a little better and at least my nose isn't streaming like it was yesterday!

    Today's plan:

B - baked oats with Glazed Donut skinny syrup (have to say don't like it very much but needs using :money:!); strawberries & quark
L - stuffed mushroom - stuffed with herby couscous, chopped spring onions, peppers, tomatoes and topped with a little grated emmental - part HEA); mixed leaves, LO crunchy stir fry mix, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, peppers
D - Sweet chilli chicken using HM sweet chilli sauce; boiled potatoes; green beans & peas

    HEA1 - milk in drinks
    HEA2 - emmental cheese (part)
    HEB - porridge oats
    Syns - None planned

Can confirm this is sooooo yummy, have it sometimes as a w/e brekkie. I use half a Muller Light on top, not tried the choc shot yet. Plus I bought an omelet maker a while back and use it lots, it’s great.

    P x :)
Never think for breakfast but then i leave at 6.30 am :(

Difference being choc shot is synned (1 sun per tsp?) and skinny syrup isn't (Free)! When you're trying to save syns every little helps, LOL!

    Evening all,

Some fab losses from some of you, well done!

Last night I felt really rotten, and felt very nauseous on and off most of the night. Was worried I'd not be able to go to work, but was able to go in, and as I was only there till 2:30pm it wasn't so bad, as I had to go to a hair appt. Have felt a bit grotty on and off all day, and appetite not great either, so going with what my body seems to be needing, rather than anything that will bother it, so not really on plan as such today.

    B - banana
L - 0% fat free greek yogurt, strawberries & mango
    D - 2 slices of wm bread HEB + 6 syns, with cheese HEA & spread (2)
I had some smarties in the hairdressers, and thought of Beanie as I had an orange one :) so calling it 3.5 syns for the little shot glass of them.

I had hunger pains, but no real inclination to want to eat, and I'd far rather get some sleep tonight rather than lay there with bad nausea, feeling freezing cold, then roasting hot half an hour later. Hoping it passes and back to normal tomorrow.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
