Evening all ,just made and eaten jalfrezi from the old curry heaven book used lo lamb instead of chicken.
There was more lamb than I thought so added an extra pepper and reckon I've got 6 not 4 portions.
I always add some frozen mixed veg to the rice in the cooker so even more speed.Means th Aldi bargain lamb leg will have given us 10 meals.
My good news is the WI accounts have gone to the auditor ,the bad news is DH had a bead night early on then slept heavily and noisily,I kept waking and going into him thinking he was in pain.
Had to walk back from dropping the car off for MOTand service this morning then walk back to collect it .
Absolutely shattered now0 -

Thanks for the warm welcome back, guys. Hi, all the people I don't know - yet!
Well today is family dinner day, so that is never good SW wise - even although I'm in charge - because I'm trying to make stuff I know all the children will eat!
Breakfast: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and ff natural yogurt
Lunch: hexb sandwich with ham & cheese (4 syns - forgot I was having cheese in dinner, doh!)
After school snack: hm banana loaf (sadly, I succumbed too)
Dinner: macaroni cheese (8+Hexa) and tomatoes, hm bread & butter (just a little, but still too much), big fresh fruit salad (it's a nightmare getting some of them to eat veg sometimes now!)
Tomorrow WILL be better.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

I succumbed to chocolate and buns at the weekend, does everyone find that being really tired leads to more comfort carbs or is it just me?0 -
