Good to see you posting greentiger . You've done well to STS. It only takes a few tweaks from there to get back on plan. I sympathise with your football woes

Yesterday didn't go to plan after all! So day it is definitely damage limitation of the highest order!

    Today's plan:

B - scrambled eggs with spinach on toast (HEB)
L - jacket potato, cottage cheese, pickles, salad
    D - mixed bean goulash & rice

    HEA - milk
    HEB - toast
    Syns - none planned:T

    2lb off for me.

    That's good news!:T

...been a rubbish week life wise. But I’ll manage.

Sorry to hear that TTD. Hope things improve PDQ.:)

It's a good feeling to get back to normality today. I'm going into the city centre but I have plenty of leftovers in the fridge so I'll wait to have lunch until I get back home. Like you, denise, it's reining in big time from today. I need to check the calendar and work out when it's best to go to WI before my next holiday which is about 7 weeks away. This is usually the most damaging one as it's 3 weeks of eating (and drinking:o) in bars and restaurants. But as we're frequently pointing out, this is a lifestyle not a diet. Whatever happens I can sort it out by getting back on plan :).

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, fried egg, baked beans, HEA1 milk for drinks
L: cold meat, pickles, fried LO veg
D: SW Bolognese with tagliatelle and HEA2 Parmesan
    Syns: NONE!!!:D

    Afternoon, :)

Forgot to post again yesterday.... but seeing all the chat about chocolate I think it's just as well because I do have a bit of a hankering for the bar of fruit & nut I was given in January. *must resist, must resist!!*

    Food plan yesterday:
    B - banana & yogurt (1)
    L - mixed salad with ham & cheese HEA1 dressing (2); )% yogurt with mango & stawberries
D - slow roast beef with SW roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, peppers & gravy (4)
snack - 2 x ryvita crackers HEB with spread (2)
    HEA2 - milk in tea/coffee

Today we've spent the morning chatting with a mortgage advisor which took forever, but it's a necessary evil for re-mortgaging. Feel a bit brain dead now.

    Food plan for today:
B - shredded wheat HEB & milk from allowance HEA
    L - bacon sandwich (6.5)
D - not decided yet - probably chicken pasta, something like that with salad.

Hopy you all have a good day today - think I'm off out in the garden in a bit after lunch.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
