Evening, I hope we are all resisting or synning our chocolate today ;) :EasterBun

I've avoided it - it's the best way.

Had a lovely couple of days in the sun, but yesterday I think I did too much gardening after lunch, and ended up feeling rather poorly. Maybe it was something I ate? Who knows, but I was in bed by 9pm and felt better this morning.

    Yesterday's Plan:
    B - porridge HEB, sugar (2), apple (1) & milk from HEA2
L - mixed salad with extra cucumber and pickled onions, ham, cheese HEA1 & dressing (2) with savoury rice
    D - didn't have any as I felt absolutely rotten :(

    Today's Plan:
    B - banana
L - mixed salad, savoury rice, pickled onions, ham and turkey cold cuts, dressing (2)
snack - 0% yogurt with mango & strawberries ( I considered having a solero, but looked up the syns and couldn't bring myself to blow 4.5 on one)
D - M&S & quorn sausages with mash & beans (4 syns for the sausages) (2 syns for gravy)

    Great loss Tweets:T

suffolksue I hope DH improves, and is less uncomfortable soon.

Enjoy the last couple of days in the sunshine:j

That's not bad at all considering Frankie. Of course, the syns may not have caught up yet. That's much my own position as I've had over a week just vaguely doing the plan at some meals but not others. :(

I've not decided yet whether today will be the last synful day. At the moment I don't fancy a drink but come wine o'clock I might feel differently. Whatever happens I'm back 100% on plan tomorrow.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana, skinny syrup
L: cold meat, beetroot, fried LO veg
D: chicken casserole (onion, leek, carrots, mushrooms, courgettes) with butter beans, new potatoes and something green (broccoli and kale?).
    Syns: cornflour 1, others tbc;)

Good morning everyone, another sunny one, a bit less intense so far. Well done on the losses. WI for me tomorrow. Didnt go crazy, just had a few tiny Lindt eggs taken from son’s Easter cake and had them over 2 days, I think there were 5, all synned 😇. Plenty of lamb, planning shepherds pie for tonight with the leftovers. And have a very small Lindt bunny in cupboard for after WI tomorrow 😉. This came from OH instead of a large egg, together with a lovely bunch of flowers 👍. Just made the baked oats, topped with fresh fruit and a muller light for a yummy breakfast. So much quicker in the airfryer. Have a good day all!

That's excellent willpower poundsinbucks and how thoughtful of DH to not buy a large egg. :)

Just wanted to say that I thought of you all last week. We were driving along and passed a Riverford Organics delivery van. Their strapline is:

    Living Life on the Veg!

I thought that was so apt for SW.:D

    Rant alert!

Gang, I am livid and need to vent. OH and I have just had what will become known as ‘Yogurtgate’. Each week I treat myself to 5 fat free yogurts from Aldi that have a fruit layer (0.5-1 syn each) that I have for breakfast with some fruit. I sat and ate said breakfast in front of OH this morning. I just went into the kitchen to make my salad for lunch and who is stood there eating one of them - despite the fact I bought 2kg of Greek yogurt he usually has as part Of his lunch on Saturday. When I challenged him about who he thought they were for he shrugged and said anyone. He knows deep down they are for me, but won’t admit it, and just laughed it off.
I know it seems silly but there’s so much I don’t eat that he does (like the fudge and Easter egg he ate this weekend), and countless other things I don’t eat. It’s the fact he’s belittled the importance to me,and disregarding my limit of choice against his.

Anyway, rather than have a full blown row I am sulking in the garden with my salad, and sharing my not very important in the whole scheme of things woe.

Rant over, and I’m sticking with the plan rather than go eat the bag of miniature heroes In the cupboard in the lounge that I want to [STRIKE]punish[/STRIKE] console myself with
