I'm trying my best but far too many suns since WI on Thursday! Definitely damage limitation when I get home tomorrow. But fortunately no chocolate!

You're right about the fish esmy . Annoying when syns change. We used to have the lamb rogan josh regularly but not any more. :(

I have some of the 'old recipe' lamb rogan josh stashed in the freezer! I do find some of the syn changes a bit suspect - I've decided to take the view that if I lost/maintained when I was eating various foods at their old syn value, I'll carry on.

    Todays menu
B 1/2 grapefruit, bran flakes with milk
L Crispbreads with light cheese triangles, salad and pickles, banana
    D Not sure yet

    Happy Easter everyone

I think you're right about basic foods but with others the manufacturers change the recipe. Unfortunately by the time I heard about the Lamb Rogan Josh, all the new stock was in my local branch.:( They replaced it with curry and rice together although I did see another one on syns online which I'll look out for.

You should be OK with dusted fish though. :)
