  • Made baked oats this morning for the first time ever, how yum is that breakfast:D However, I am confused about cooked fruit, recipe says free, but cooked fruit should also be synned, used blueberries if that makes a difference?

 Back from my short and synful break. I haven't read back through the week so apologies if I've missed anything.

I did notice that esmy is back. Good to see you and so sorry for your loss. But well done for getting back on plan. :T

One thing I will say is that virtually all the extra syns I had I enjoyed with the exception of skinny fries in restaurants. I'm glad to be back to my own proper SW chips!:D Mostly it was extra bread, some crisps and weekday wine which I try to avoid. I don't feel fat yet but it will catch up I'm sure. :( While I probably should start reining in straight away I'm going to wait until after the weekend before committing 100%.

I've done my meal plan and shopping list and off to do my shopping. I just hope it's not too manic as everyone will be shopping for BBQs.

    Back soon.:)

Shopping all sorted in Aldi. It wasn't too bad there so it didn't take too long at all and I took full advantage of the Super 6. :) I bought some Aldi burgers to try too. They're 1 syn each which is the same as the BGTY ones I buy in Sainsbury's so we'll see what they're like.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, skinny syrup
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onion, pickled cabbage and cornichons
D: smoked haddock, SW chips, mushroom, tomatoes, mushy peas and caui steak
    Syns: weekend wine;)

    Evening all,

So sorry to hear your sad loss Esmy, and welcome back to getting on track.

Thinking of SuffolkSue and hoping DH is doing okay

Hopy you're a bit better today Bubbs

Had a busy night last night straight after work it was off to clubbercise. I'm really enjoying it and I would quite like to do two classes a week (it's a bit addictive) but there's only one locally each week.

Thoroughly looking forward to a few days off now and I've also got next Tuesday off work too as an added bonus.

    Meal plan yesterday:
    B - nectarine & apple
L - mixed salad, savoury rice, ham & dressing (2); 0% greek yogurt with strawberries & mango
D - SW chicken chorizo pasta, ketchup (2)
    snack - apple
    HEA - milk in tea/coffee

    Today's plan:
    B - 0% passion fruit yogurt (1.5) & nectarine
L - bacon, eggs, mushrooms, 1 slice wm toast HEB, spread (2), ketchup (1)
D - garlic chicken breast with SW chips & mixed salad, dressing (2)

Not a hot cross bun in sight ;)

Have a good weekend all :)
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Another tiny half pound off this week. total now 1 stone 5 lbs. If I can lose 2 lbs next week, I will get my 1 and a half stone award.
My aim was to lose 2 stone before my holiday on 10 June.

On the plus side I am eating really well and enjoying lots of lovely PON recipes.

Good luck to everyone this week.:T
