TIE it really doesn't help when family sabotage you does it? If you don't want the eggs would you consider giving them to a food bank or perhaps someone you know who lives nearby?

I have to admit I don't generally eat much chocolate and can't remember the last time I had an Easter egg! I think the last one I had was a small caramel one and that must have been at least 15 years ago!!!

Do you need to see your GP if you are suffering with fatigue and also for the anxiety? They can help with both these issues. You really shouldn't put up with it. I know your job is stressful but you need to look after yourself too.

Oh dear! Maybe see a doctor if it's chronic fatigue

A giant easter egg is a good problem to have! You could always break it into pieces and separate into portions with few syns! :)

Long story short, am on anxiety meds (highest dose) doesn’t seem much Dr will/can do with re chronic fatigue keep trying though :(
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Hi everyone.

Sorry I've been away so long but we lost Dad a month ago and as there is only me and my brother, we have had lots to sort out between us. Also DD2 left yesterday for her job abroad for 7 months so that feels a bit like another loss:(. Consequently meal planning and healthy eating has gone out of the window somewhat - in truth I've been living on bread and sugary rubbish pretty much - so a gain was inevitable.

Anyhow, I'm determined to tackle this again so I'm back, if you'll have me, and I'll be posting my meals on here for a while. It really has helped in the past as I don't go to group and I need to be accountable somewhere! Big shop done today with lots of fruit and veg - huge caulis were only 26p in my local Aldi so there'll be lots of that!

I haven't had time to read back much so I'll just say welcome newbies, congrats to the losers and Slimmers OTW and gainers - well I feel your pain!

    Today's meals:
B 1/2 grapefruit with 1/2 tsp sugar, 2 weetabix with milk
L Greek salad and couscous, syns for a drizzle of olive oil and a few olives, large orange
    D Speedy veggie spag bol

Wishing everyone a great holiday weekend.

As Beanie and bubbs have said Welcome back! Everybody is free to come and go as life dictates! Life gets in the way at times we just have to go with the flow!

I was absolutely amazed to find that my gain was only 1lb! Was expecting at least 2 if not 3lb! So I'll take that and run, LOL!

    Today's plan:

B - pineapple fingers which I didn't have until after WI as didn't have any fruit left at home
    L - sausage & onion sandwich - HEB + 2 for spread + 1 for sausage
D - steak, potato & sweet potato chips, mushrooms & onions

Syns will be 3 as above plus some wine!

Not sure how much, if at all, I'll be able to post over the weekend so hope everyone has a great weekend.
