Another tiny half pound off this week. total now 1 stone 5 lbs. If I can lose 2 lbs next week, I will get my 1 and a half stone award.
My aim was to lose 2 stone before my holiday on 10 June.
That's still very doable penny. Not everyone loses in the same way. My losses getting to target certainly weren't predictable. Some weeks a really good loss and others tiny, STS or even a small gain although I'd been on plan. Keep at it!:)
You've done well to STS through the school holidays tie. :T
It was a real joy to get my meals back on plan yesterday. I always miss having vegetables when I'm eating out. I don't understand why restaurants give so few when they'd be a cheap way of filling plates.
Off to the pub today to watch my team.:footie: I'm planning steak and salad but I'm guessing they'll only have chips to go with it. They serve filled JPs as light meals but not as a side dish.:(
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with veggie chilli, cottage cheese and pickled cabbagesteak, salad, chips?
Syns: HP sauce 1, weekend wine, chips?0 -
Hi all - reporting a 3lb loss please Chris! Delighted with that, second one in a row after my little plateau!
Welcome back Maman and Esmy, sending hugs to you.I've done my meal plan and shopping list and off to do my shopping. I just hope it's not too manic as everyone will be shopping for BBQs.
I popped in for mushrooms on the way home from running and literally everyone was buying barbecues, briquettes, and beer!Gettingtherequickly wrote: »Made baked oats this morning for the first time ever, how yum is that breakfast:D However, I am confused about cooked fruit, recipe says free, but cooked fruit should also be synned, used blueberries if that makes a difference?
Technically cooked/pureed fruit should be synned but if it's something you only have once in a while I probably wouldn't bother. I make a free version with grated carrot and cinnamon, and pretend to myself it's carrot cake
Have a lovely weekend everyone! I desperately need to do some gardening but ... dare I say it? ... it's too hot!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Thank you all for the wishes ,sorry not been on here ,
DH is ok ,v slow and tired and we have had some really bad nights as he is getting bad muscle spasms in his thighs .Nothing seems to be working ,physio suggested some different positions in bed ,but as he cant move by himself in bed I've been up a lot !
SW is a bit hit and miss but -1 lb .
The WI accounts will be completed today/tomorrow ( my lack of maths skills isn't helped by little disturbed sleep !) and I have given them notice that I will not be continuing after the May AGM .still hope to make the meetings ,but can't cope with the added hassle of being treasurer.
Anyway I hope to join in with you much more ,love to all0 -
Thanks for posting sue. You're doing so well to chip away the pounds. Don't blame you for taking a back seat at the WI (was it only me that read that as Weigh In
) while you've so much on your plate (metaphorically of course;)).
That's a brilliant result tete. That's almost half a stone in a fortnight!:T It must be so motivating to start the week ahead. Go girl!!:)0 -
