    Evening all.

What an absolutely fabulous day! More of this please...

Bubbs what's happened to your nose??! Did I miss this when I was absent?...

Some great losses being posted, well done.

Yesterday mainly on plan except for an impromptu pub lunch, which I reckon took all my syns for the day but was delicious.

It was a real joy to get my meals back on plan yesterday. I always miss having vegetables when I'm eating out. I don't understand why restaurants give so few when they'd be a cheap way of filling plates. :(

Our lunch yesterday was served with a really good helping and variety of veg but I agree, it is unusual.

    Todays meals
B 1/2 grapefruit, scrambled eggs on 1 slice of toast
L LO greek salad (no olives as OH had pinched them all!) yoghurt
D Aldis dusted lemon sole with SW chips and veg, orange
Syns for a little sugar, spread and the sole (which I think is a victim of SWs syn changes - was 3, now 5), so a bit of room for a snack with a cup of tea later.

    Have a good evening all.

  • Thrilled today - I weighed in a few days later than I usually do, as I am at my parents for a week. Saw a 3lb loss, but I weighed in the morning as opposed to later on in the day. I'll weigh in again next Wed. Hoping very much that I can maintain when weighing later in the day.

    That's a great loss. Well done. :T

You're right about the fish esmy . Annoying when syns change. We used to have the lamb rogan josh regularly but not any more. :(

As expected, I was forced to have chips in the pub. :(
