Normal hot cross buns range from 9 to 11 syns each plus, of course, the butter!

I love Hot cross buns, in fact all bread, it's what I miss most I think, I buy the mini M&S ones for me (normal for the family) and also keep them in the freezer they are 5 syns in each (without butter) but I find they are enough to make me feel included!

Weighing with a loss of -2lb this week, am pleased as I have put my c25k on hold this week as I am off with the kids and didn't want to get up so early :rotfl:
Today we are off to the park as the weather is so nice then tomorrow we will be traipsing around the west end at dd request so plenty of steps I think.

    Enjoy your say xx

    Welcome Charlotte1994 to the thread.

Are you going to group or going it alone? If you go to group you'll have access to Lifeline Online which if you search "Useful Features" with the world Vegan it will take you to a link to a 7 day sample menu which may help you - it's about half way down the page.

Can't help a lot as I'm an omnivore! But I'll try with a couple of ideas.

Am I right in thinking that the coconut milk quinoa is a sort of porridge? I'm assuming that's supposed to be 13.5 syns and not 135 LOL! Have you been told you can have up to 20 syns rather than the usual 15 syns?

With regard to what to have on toast how about baked beans and/or mushrooms? Or what about Marmite? Both of which are Free.

    Good luck with your journey.

Thank you  I'm going it alone! My sister lost 6st on Slimming World, I lost 4.5 stone with diet and exercise but I have put 1 stone back on since and need some motivation and diet I can keep for life!
Yes it's like porridge, I totally messed up, it's only 1.5 syns! :o  :o

That's fabulous that baked beans are free! Can't beat a bit of beans on toast :D Marmite is a good call as well! Thank you for the ideas!

Hubby’s work gave him small rolo Easter egg so he gave it to me. I’d said I didn’t want one this year, son comes home with GIANT galaxy egg for me . What am I going to do? :o

TIE it really doesn't help when family sabotage you does it? If you don't want the eggs would you consider giving them to a food bank or perhaps someone you know who lives nearby?

I have to admit I don't generally eat much chocolate and can't remember the last time I had an Easter egg! I think the last one I had was a small caramel one and that must have been at least 15 years ago!!!

Do you need to see your GP if you are suffering with fatigue and also for the anxiety? They can help with both these issues. You really shouldn't put up with it. I know your job is stressful but you need to look after yourself too.

Oh dear! Maybe see a doctor if it's chronic fatigue

A giant easter egg is a good problem to have! You could always break it into pieces and separate into portions with few syns! :)
