Forgot to say Charlotte that you are now allowed 2 HEAs each day if you want them as well as 1 HEB. Unfortunately coconut milk drink isn't HEA!

Both Almond milk (400ml) and rice milk (225ml) are HEAs so you could use those instead.

    Afternoon all,

Welcome to the thread Charlotte - I also thought of beans on toast, or even garlic mushrooms, which are just as quick.

Well done on your loss sirens

Reporting a STS for me this week. That's the first since starting back on plan in January. Slightly disappointed, but I'm glad it's not a gain. Will have a look back over my plan this past week to see if I could have changed anything particularly to have had a loss. Not entirely sure, but will keep on it!

    Meal plan today:
    B - nectarine, 0% yogurt with passion fruit (1.5)
L - mixed salad with ham & dressing (1.5); 0% greek yogurt with strawberries & mango
D - Ham pasta, with cheese HEA. (6) for the sauce as it's not completely SW friendly
    snack - banana

Not had a HEB today - that's the only difference I've thought of in my lunches that I've been having Ryvita crackers with my salad. I don't really need them as I'm full enough anyway, and often can't manage my yogurt and fruit after those and the salad.

Happy anniversary to you and DH Denise :)

Bubbs, hope you've felt better as the day has gone on. At least the weather has been lovely... only wish I was at home and not stuck in a windowless office all day (it could be blowing a force 9 gale and I would never know in here).
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

sary Good idea. A couple of things to look at in particular:

    1. Are you having enough syns? At least 5 a day, even with using a 'Syn bank' I try to have at least 5 syns each day, although it doesn't always work out that way!
    2. Are you having the same HEs each day? Might be worth trying different ones.

Try mixing up the things you're eating. Try having new recipes; more spices; try having a different HEB each day. Do you each fish? Someone in my group a while ago tried eating fish every day for a week and had a really good loss!

Good luck on finding something which might throw some light on things.

    Welcome Charlotte

So, 'suns out, beer and crisps are out' seems to be the mantra.

No tea eaten cause quite frankly I didn't need it.

My purse is now safely being left at home..lol

    Food for today:

B: apples and satsumas (I don't really east fruit. I find I don't need the snacks when I'm eating properly so these just need to be used up)
L: Chilli bacon & pasta (got to love a tub from the freezer!)
T: Burgers (as per last night)

I'll fit the HEA's and HEB in somewhere. It's more important to keep the syns at bay

Why do you need to keep the syns at bay Frankie? Are you on damage limitation this week because of a syn overload at the weekend? You should still try to have 5 syns a day even if you are trying to limit the damage!

Back later with how big the gain at WI is this morning and my plan for today.

That's good to know thank you! My sister gave me her book but admitted it was a little out of date! Oh good I have Almond and Rice milk at home  Still trying to wrap my head around the healthy extras!
