Sary hope you feel better soon x

Thank you. Still feeling a tad rough. Appetite isn't great, and almost dread eating in case it makes me feel nauseous again. Have managed my salad for lunch, but now tummy is making some unholy sounds!

At least I can report -1.5lb this week, which is hopefully a by-product of me moving around a bit more all weekend in the garden. :j

    Food plan today:
    B - banana & 3 cubes of mango
L - mixed salad with ham/turkey, cheese HEA1 & dressing (2); I've got a 0% greek yogurt with mango, apple and strawberries to have too, but not sure I will manage it until later.
D - Will be an Iceland SW ping dinner - not sure which one yet, but will update later.
    HEA2 - milk in tea/coffees
    No HEB planned atm

Meant to be going to clubbercise tonight, and really do not want to miss it. Will go but take things easy if I feel grotty. Had an early night again last night, out like a light, and slept better, so will try to do the same again tonight. My boss isn't feeling well either, so definitely think there is a bug hanging about.

Catch up with you all later :)
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Maybe going to your class will take your mind off the bug sary. It can sometimes help to make the effort. It seems so wrong to feel unwell at this time of the year.:(

Well done on your loss. You're doing so well this challenge, you could smash your target for Spring.:T

Welcome vegastare . Well done on rejoining before too much damage was done. :T

Give the new group a few weeks and then either try another if you can or go it alone. We'll help. :D If you have time post your menus on here. It acts as a food diary, a bit of accountability and we'll comment if we see anything amiss.

If it was me just starting out, I'd write a meal plan and a shopping list and make sure I had masses of Speed. :D

We had the Aldi burgers tonight and I'll definitely buy them again. I can't remember exactly how much they cost but better value than Sainsburys BGTY and more meaty. The downside is they can't be cooked from frozen. Obviously making your own is best but sometimes we need to cut corners. ;)

Welcome to the thread Vegastare. Life gets in the way, you've been ill and put on a few pounds. You got to target before you can do it again. As Maman said you can give the group a few weeks and if you still feel the same perhaps try another group and if that doesn't work out then go it alone. Posting your menu plan on here means we'll be able to help if we notice anything amiss! You'll probably be aware there have been a couple of changes since you last did SW.

Thanks for the heads up about the Aldi burgers Maman.. Handy to know for when I can't get to my butchers as Aldi is fairly close to my usual Mr T's.

Um when you say changes no one has mentioned that...have noticed my book is an old cover.....

Please tell me that tin of mushy peas are free or else my dinner was a disaster

    B. was half muller yog blueberrys and grated apple
    L. was slice wholemeal toast with 2 scrambled eggs (used one spray)
    D. 2 portion Aldi tuna steaks, broc and mushy peas.
Supper might be rest yogurt and 10 cal jelly pot with fruit

My problem(one of them:rotfl:) is I find it hard buy ready made meals....can't eat spicy or peppery things, the ready meals look greet put limited with choices to try. Got a cottage pie and lasagna today.

Thanks everyone I feel better already....think it was just expected the old coordinator to be there.
