You're not the only one on here that likes egg & chips - I like them but with baked beans and usually have pickles as well! Maman is another one that likes it but can only have it when she is on her own as her DH doesn't like eggs!

That's right! If I lived alone I think I'd have it every night!:D:rotfl:

What I do to get some Speed in is put some mushrooms and tomatoes in the oven alongside chips (for last 15 mins) and also beetroot or cornichons as well.

My free way of doing stir fry is to shake over some soy and Chinese 5 spice and stir it in at the last minute. My favourite though ( with chicken) is honey, soy and lime juice but that has syns.

Are you saving syns vegastare? :)
  • Sorry guys not been on of late. Life has certainly took a nose dive. But I’m on plan as, well, I cannot eat.

I found out Saturday just gone my wife has been lets say $exting another man flirting and generally having some lip action while I have been bed bound after my op and it has been going weeks. When I left Saturday they couldnt wait to jump in bed with one another, it was my daughter birthday on Monday and I had them over night at her persuading of the kids to come down and spend time with me on their birthday, only for her then go bump uglies again at his place for fear of getting caught out by my neighbours at her place (I’m at parents) She lied to me has been obstructive and cruel this last few days. All I wanted was truth but ended up with being fed lies which caught up with her. So I stayed at group Monday before having my children over night. I’ll continue to do SW and stay at group until I get to target. Gutted and broken........someone pass the gorilla glue and put this numpty together again.

I am trying so hard to lose something for WI tomorrow. Today I had my usual oatbran and fruit for breakfast. never eat between meals so made a sort of mango salsa salad to take in my lunchbox. Mango, spring onions, celery, baby tomatoes, cucumber, orange pepper, lettuce and 2 babybels and fresh mint chopped up.

Parked up in a street to eat my lunch and was enjoying it until I realised there was a chip shop opposite and the wonderful smell wafted across. OMG It was torture! :(

So sorry to hear that TTD. Feel free to rant if it helps.:grouphug:

That's a brilliant idea. I always think that it's something you can control even when there's chaos going on around you. Weightloss will be great for your self esteem too which must be taking a hammering right now.:(

You'll know not to park there again penny. ;) Good luck with WI.

Meal plan and shop all done for the week. Aldi didn't have 5% pork mince so I went to Sainsbury's as well. The BGTY burgers are on offer at £2 which is brilliant considering that SW burgers in Iceland are £3.50. I bought a couple of packs for the freezer as they're so easy to cook from frozen.

I'm going to make the SW meatballs and spicy sauce later. Then they'll be prepped and ready so only pasta to cook when I get back from football tomorrow.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, beetroot, pickled onions
D: salmon, new potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, roast Mediterranean veg
Syns: HP sauce 1, weekend wine:j

I made a couple of veggie pizzas from scratch with some BGTY oven chips.
Peppers, Onions, Chillies, Garlic, Cheese, Veggie 'meat', Mushrooms.
Still in oven - might put picture later when cooked, but looks om nom nom.

Fish fillets in breadcrumbs for Mrs Sleazy tonight, but think she wants pizza too as looks ok.
