For the vast majority of us in the group that are sharing resources to fight this, the whole thing is still ongoing. I won’t say too much at this stage as it isn’t my place to do so, but if anyone is approaching the court action stage, I very very strongly suggest you tick the “contest jurisdiction” box on the Acknowledgement of Service form.

    That's good to know.

And anything achieved against UKPPO in terms of cases we can cite where (in the end) we can say that jurisdiction was contested and there was a successful outcome, will translate very well to stopping similar cases (e.g. VCS at Airports, too).

Can i please get added to the watsap group ?
I filled all my paperwork in weeks ago and sent it off to the court.
I did tick the yes for mediation and spoke to the lady this morning.
She said that mediation wasnt appropriate and would send the case back to the court.
Im thinking that court action is the next step if they bother to go ahead, im getting a bit lost now.

    You already have court action!

Send a pm to the thread posters here who have said they are in the whatsapp group, send to more than one of them, and hopefully one of the will see it.

Why are you lost despite being on this forum? Even if there was no thread like this one, the NEWBIES thread post #2 tells you what to expect when, and how to do it.

Everyone will be working on their WS and evidence, and so should you.

Im lost because its not my thing and because its gone on so long, the ignoring their letters and everything else that goes with it. The time in between things happening means that i forget where im at with it, cant remember where my head is half the time . I would have just paid the ticket if it hadnt been for a friend saying that i shouldnt (which is what they rely on). I know some people love all this but if im honest its getting on my nerves now but il stick with it. Just looking for a bit of help thats all as its became boring. There you go.

We agree, it is boring and annoying that a scum industry that should be illegal, still intimidate people and abuse the court process day in day out.

But for that reason, it is worth fighting, and fighting well.

I hope one of this thread group sends you a pm so you can learn from the whatsapp group and do justice to your Witness Statement and evidence bundle, and at the hearing.

You do not owe £160, BWLegal has added a fake £60

See what happened to BWLegal recently in Southampton
Claim number is F0DP201T District Judge Taylor
    Southampton Court, 10th June 2019

  • Hi, I have the same problem with this lot, my vehicle was used to go to the double tree by Hilton hotel right at airport entrance, a family member used my car to take someone for a job interview, when they got to hotel entrance (the barrier) there was a sign saying parking charge minimum £5, no one had money on them, so the passenger got out at barrier and my car reversed and left, then I get parking charge notice, could I join this WhatsApp group, find it difficult navigating this site , cheers rob
