The last one wasn't a LOC, so I just presumed the LOC needed to be acted on differently.0

Make sure you tick the right option....0

Sorry had sent a reply but for some reson it hasn't been posted its asking for witness statements, which I had already sent off, documents which the court will consider or a letter to the court confirming that I have sent them already, the form is called notice of allocation tq the small claims track (hearing)

Hi Keyworker,
Just to be clear: Do you have a Newcastle Airport UKPPO ticket? If you are at court stage you are ahead of all of the "victims" here. You need to urgently start your won thread to get some specialist individual advice.
I am not sure that you haven't mixed up the terms defence, and witness statement? Please re read the newbies sticky, post 2, and familiarise yourself with the end to end process.
Once you have done that, start a brand new thread. GIve a brief summary - where the car park is, who the parking company, and law firm are, exactly where you are in the process. Also post copies of your defence and witness statement.0 -
Hi Paul,
yes I have the ticket & letters from BW Legal, haven't posted before as have just been following the steps as per advice on here as my letters etc have arrived on the same days as other people posting here so didn't want to clog up with questions that had already been answered, as the advice was good & each step flowed onto the next.
I had 'thanked' the original post, but not heard form anyone, this was a while ago.
I will read the newbies post again & start a new thread, just didn't want to start another when everything has been on here up until now.
Cheers for your help & advice to now.0 -
I'm not sure I 'm doing this correctly, if not somebody please tell me how to start my own thread.
My wife received a PCN from the above company in August of last year as registered keeper of a vehicle. It claimed her car was parked in a prohibited area of the airport. She was not using her car that day. UKPCO have not asked who was.
The two photos on the PCN show the vehicle in different locations. One at a road junction and the other in the middle of the road near another road junction. Neither photo has a time stamp.
The number plate is visible on one photo but not on the other.
On one photo a passenger was at the boot reclosing it as the driver had driven off with it not properly closed.
On the other photo the rear passenger door was open which is the reason the driver had stopped as he'd clearly not closed it properly either.
Neither stop was for more than seconds or at most a minute or two.
Based on that evidence Newcastle Airport rejected our request to stop any action following an intervention by an MP.
My wife has now received a "Letter of Claim" from bwlegal.
She has responded pointing out she was not the driver on that day and asking for a copy of the airport bylaws, what happens next?0 -
somebody please tell me how to start my own thread.what happens next?
Also please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 which explains the whole court process and what to do at each stage.
Everything now please on your own new thread.
