You need to click on FORUM HELP, the tab at the top of the page (any page) and watch the MSE video on how to use the forum.

Sending a pm is simply a matter of clicking on their username (NOT on a phone).

    PM Bounty Hunter again.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

For the record I haven't received any Personal Messages from you (hence the lack of reply) and I've been checking daily since I realised I had a few.

Update - 1 case struck out due to BWLegal not submitting their witness statement by the deadline.

They had been in touch with the defendant by email 1 day before the deadline with a without prejudice save as to costs reduced offer to settle for £75 that was only valid for 24 hrs (up to the witness statement deadline).

Hard to know whether it was deliberate or an oversight that they didn't submit their WS on time when the settlement offer wasn't taken up.

More than happy to add people to the WhatsApp group that are at a similar stage following receiving the Court Claim letters from the Northampton County Court Business Centre in February this year. We are at the stage of discussing finer points of the witness statements and how to respond to BWLegals defence in anticipation of various hearing dates.

As that is taking up a lot of time (and brainpower) daily in the group - unfortunately we won't be adding anybody new who isn't at the same stage, as that would involve a lot of repetition of information already covered in this thread.

Hopefully the regular (and much appreciated) helpers will agree that if you are at the Letter of Claim/ Acknowledgement/ Defence stage all of the info you need is either earlier in this thread or the newbies post.

If there are further developments they will be posted here too.

This really is a super way to deal with multiple cases about the same site and PPC. Something to encourage others to do, when appropriate.
