seller update including GTC BIN option only

US sellers are still very angry about the GTC change and there is a (very) small protest going on - which I am sure no one, least of all ebay, will actually notice.

All the options for BIN duration (3, 5, 7, 10, 30, GTC) are still showing on my 'sell your item' forms (private seller). I tried a new listing and a 'sell similar'. I haven't actually submitted anything yet but it all looks the same and no fees are showing for the longer durations. It is defaulting to GTC, but you can change it to another duration.

I'm seeing the same thing and the 500 free listings offer is showing on my Promotionsl Offers.

Same here, showing all options.
I listed 3 items this morning on gtc but I used my previous listings "sell similar".
I am now worried I am going to get charged for this as the original listings were made on the "advanced listing tool"

I have read all the t&c and it doesn't mention anywhere about using advanced listing tool as apposed to quick listing.
Does anyone know anything about this?

Yes I also have the 500 extra GTC. I've relisted about 30 BINs , all have renewed at 30 days and come out of my standard 250 allocation. My 500 extra GTC are untouched.
