Flat buying - seller turning nasty

Speaking of which, here's the Nethouseprices info for a flat at the same address as the estate agents. Could it be this one?

Hmmm,

Interseting in an area where our (much nicer) flat has seen no growth since we sold about then!

However we didn't have twigs or Ikea furniture!

The flat doesnt look to have sold immediately.

Does the OP have any regrets at pulling out or found a decent place to buy ?

This could be a good strategy for MSE people to get free pints. Invent a story (*) about buying some overpriced flat in Lynz's territory, and then get a free pint when you announce that you've pulled out of the purchase.

I seel the original flat he had problems buying has not shifted yet!!!!

You can now get a 2 bed flat for the same price so I doubt it will shift now:
