    Hi !!!!!!

Thanks for the reply. Am I correct in thinking that whatever sales leader I sign up with, I'll still be in the same position as my sister with regards to roads/territory as I'll still have the same AM? I'm assuming that the AM allocates this rather than a sales leader? Sorry, I'm coming across dense, I just don't completely understand the differences between the two and what role/responsibilities they have.

If this is the case then I guess its just not worth joining unfortunately.

Lots of you wanting to join.

A sales leader is also a rep like you so they understand when things go right or wrong, unlike some asm's. There are some brilliant ASM's and some really bad ones.

I am a sales leader and personally I train the new reps the way that you need to do avon to make money out of it. I don't pressurise anyone to join Sales Leadership, not that its a bad thing, I love it, but purely because I think if you want to do it, then you will let me know.

As for roads being allocated that is down to the ASM however in 2008, Sales Leaders should have access to do this too.

I know of many Sales Leaders around the country that I can personally recommend. If you want any help give me a shout or the regulars on this board, as I tend to hit the Avon netmums thread a lot as well as other avon forums.

Hi Kirsty - the starter bag we're talking about (which is optional, you don't have to buy it) is £10 and the cost gets spread over two campaigns.

Phone up and they should be able to sort it out, if you havent confirmed your order you can go back and add/take off items you require.

Provided it has been saved but not yet submitted, you are able to go back into the order and edit it accordingly.

Just knocked on 80 houses trying to find some reps and no luck at all :( saying that less than 10 people were in so can't really complain! When I get all my prospecting cards tomorrow i'm going to post them through the houses that didn't answer.

Really want to get the other 3 reps I need to be a "proper" sales leader this campaign.

Hope you're all enjoying this lovely weather xx

    Hi Dee,

Log into your account, then click place an order, then view order, there you can find the stuff you have saved, and delete what the customer doesn't want and update.
