Freedommm said:"Applied" for Coventry 6 access account. Well, site says they insist on sending you a paper form, anyway. Not received any email whatsoever to acknowledge the "start of application".
Is that normal for them?2 -
If you pass their automated ID check, it is all online.
If not, they require a paper form completing (part of the proof of address I assume)0 -
I got the account number etc online and confirmed by email when I applied but need to wait for information in the post to set up online banking and don't want to transfer money until I can see it arriving.
Not an existing savings customer with them, but I do have a mortgage there (at a lower rate than they'll be paying me interest on my savings)

Logged in and opened inside 30 seconds as all info is already pre-filled, just had to select monthly or annual interest.1

Or maybe they are just inconsistent (but odd with an online application)!0 -
