I'm just quite shocked the response has been better.
Shocked that whose response has been better than what?

Just received an email from Virgin Money telling me about the increase in the M Saver rate that came in 9 days ago!

It's catching.  Just received an email from ICICI offering an enhanced interest rate should I re-invest with them.
The condition is that I renew a minimum of two days prior to the maturity date.
    Which was LAST Friday... :o

According to my app looks like the rate has increased to 0.8%
Previously always had an email informing me of rate changes but perhaps it has not yet arrived.

Thanks for the heads up. Shame they haven't bettered VM, so my money stays put in VM for now.

Shame VM's savings accounts interest rate of 1% is limited to a maximum balance of £25,000.

It is, sadly, for those who chose not to fill their boots with multiple 2% VM Plus accounts sometime between May 2020 and February 18 2022, when Virgin Money introduced the max 1 account restriction for new applicants :D. Those who did can now get the 1% on way more than the FSCS limit, though it would obviously not be smart to bust the FSCS limit, even if there was good reason for keeping more than £85K in cash.

I know you will all include your Virgin Money Regular Savers and Current Accounts as well as the savings account figures to ensure you do not go over £85,000
