According to the Moneyfacts website, Ford Money's Flexible Saver rate will be increasing to 0.73%
The Moneyfacts page implies that it is currently paying 0.73% not that it will be paying 0.73%.

Ford Money are usually very good at keeping their information up to date. I wonder if someone has made a typo from 0.63 to 0.73
Sometimes Moneyfacts lists savings product interest rate rises a bit early.

I've seen other savings products on the website advertised at a specific rate and it's only the next day that the interest rate rise is updated on the provider's website.  It will be interesting to see if the Ford Money website will list it at 0.73% from tomorrow (11th February).
I got that one right last night about the interest rate rise to 0.73% and that it would be applying from today (11th February) :)

I've have received the e-mail from Ford Money about the Flexible Saver interest rate increase to 0.73%

  • Thanks all. Just opened a Ford Money account at 0.73%

Edit: Applying from today, 11th Feb.
My good news email just arrived

Skipton BS increasing rates on their tracker accounts "no later than 14 days" after the base rate went up - so 17 Deb in all probability.  Products no longer available to new customers, but the easy access flexible ISA goes up to 0.85%

Ford Money aren't the pfastest when it comes to withdrawals

They also only show deposits the business day after the deposit has been made, though deposits sent before 4pm will earn interest from that day.
I made a deposit into Ford Flexible Saver at 10am and I received a text at 4pm to say that they had received my payment and it is showing in my account when I logged via the app. I like the way Ford text when they have deposited your money into the account

Same here. Seems their actual processes are ahead of their website ;-)

  • Hopefully we see some response by the other banks over the next few weeks, I can't remember Ford Money being top of the lists very often!

Not for easy access but there was the Regular Saver that I think let you open multiple times at 4% until it got pulled after 2 days
  • With Investec btw how easy is it to change the linked account, does anyone know? Can you do it via the online dashboard or do you have to phone them?
