It's worth noting that this account has a £20k minimum balance and that you don't get any interest on balances that fall below that.

I opened my first account with Oxbury in November last year. As much as I remember it was very efficient, my ID and nominated account were verified electronically in one short online session and I was able to fund the account straight away.

My experience was exactly as above - ID and nominated account verified straight away. Their online banking site is great and I really like the method of using a fingerprint on a smartphone to log into it - one of the slickest 2FA methods I've come across and much more convenient than the usual text code that other banks use.
