I guess people get bored, there so little movement at the moment. 5.2% seems to have been available for ages. I have money in Tandem at 5%, been waiting for someone to go to 5.25%. Not sure if they ever will?

Remind me, can I get a Double Access Issue 2 (still at 5.05%) changed to Issue 3 by sending a secure message, or do I have to open the new account and move the money?

EDIT:  Answering my own question:  I need to open the new Issue 3 account and transfer the balance from Issue 2 (I think I was getting confused with Shawbrook which is done by secure message).
