A poll makes no sense in this case. There were too many issues and the towers would never agree to revert to the old design. There were several threads on Site feedback board and still are, including the main (closed now) The Forum is getting a new lookFreebird53 said:I probably shouldn't but.. Was there a poll on the site re-design?Makes no sense?Makes no sense to get a definitive view from the people who actually use the site?Yes, that makes perfect sense in todays world!0 -
Makes no sense at all. When the new design was brought in I didn't like it but am happy after the tweaks. Everyone has a different view of it with some things they like and others they don't. Can't meet everyone's desires.
Also I think I remember there being a comment that the old board had to go anyway so voting is pointless0 -
if memory serves, payments that are on hold would show in the "Recent Faster Payments transaction summary" page as being so - though I appreciate that wouldn't be an obvious place to check.youngretired said:I didn't receive any notification from them that they had blocked the payments. My payments were going to my Halifax and Lloyds current accounts. I've had payments blocked by Lloyd's before, but they let you know asap by a big red alert online asking you to call them to authorise the payment.

where would I find the Recent Faster Payments transaction summary? I can't seem to see them in Cohoot or in Santander

from the "Payments & Transfers" tab, it should be the last option in the left-hand side menu...
the above is from the Santander site; the equivalent Cahoot menu will be similar but have fewer options...
I don't believe that the option is available in the Santander app.5 -
I'm in the process of opening an Ulster Bank loyalty Saver, but cannot find when interest is paid, everything I find just says annually, does anyone know if it is on a specific date or the anniversary of opening the account?

As it says "Interest is paid annually and at account closure" but a date isn't mentioned, then presumably annual interest will be paid on the anniversary of account opening.TisMeBill said:I'm in the process of opening an Ulster Bank loyalty Saver, but cannot find when interest is paid, everything I find just says annually, does anyone know if it is on a specific date or the anniversary of opening the account?
Edit - I presumed wrong. Ulster have put that (fairly important) information in a separate document, rather than mentioning it in the Summary Box as they should have done. See post below.0 -
Annually normally means after a year

If it was a specific date, it would be stated.TisMeBill said:I'm in the process of opening an Ulster Bank loyalty Saver, but cannot find when interest is paid, everything I find just says annually, does anyone know if it is on a specific date or the anniversary of opening the account?Mortgage free
