Cynergy went back down again last time they went up... is this their new trick?

I've had issue 56 with Cynergy, It was competitive for 18 days. Closed it and never bothered with any following issues.  I still keep authentication device on my phone in case Cynergy will come up with something worthwhile to get engaged again.

btw as annoying as Cynergy is with these new issues, this 5.15% gross annual makes an effective annual rate of 5.27% if closed in a month, due to the gross interest compounded in a new account after closure, which these new issues tend to change by.

Not bad for a non-loyalty unlimited access savings account.

Is that anyone have issues to open VM 5.12% account? Their system is bad and asks you seven customer numbers which is 10. I could not get over. Think give up...

Anyone else having issues with getting onto Cynergy...keep getting server not found?

Something not right with Cynergy. I opened the new 5.15% Account yesterday after @Bridlington1 tipped us off. Usually it gets opened within about 10 mins. I got the "Thank you for your application" eMail, but not had the confirmation that the new account is open, nor is it showing in OLB.

Yes Cynergy was much slower than usual to open and to transfer funds. But got there in the end without too much bother.

Still not showing after the overnight refresh?  Have you perhaps hit the 20+ plus closed accounts limit (edit: I see from your earlier post you have as you've got 25 closed accounts) which a number of us have encountered and which means you have to apply using the normal application route and they then link it to your account.  Send them a message and get them to check...saves hanging around hoping it will appear.

When that happened to me I just applied again the next day which went through fine and didn't fund the non-appearing one. Which is now one of my 25 closed accounts.
