Hope this is the right forum for this, but I just got a text message from SecureTrust Bank for my Access Account (issue 7), the interest is going up (finally):
4.07% gross pa ( was 3.78% gross pa) / 4.15% AER (was 3.85 AER)
This is going up from 04-JUL-2023.
Doesn't show on their website yet.1 -

ForumUser7 said:I think what could be causing it is if OPs surname is down as O'Leary or something, some kind of O apostrophe thing. Perhaps they need to change it on their system to exclude the apostrophe, OLeary for example, to have OLE rather than O'L at the end.

I think it’s an issue with NatWest as Halifax allowed me to put an apostrophe in the reference field0
