  • Has anyone else had their YBS Easy Access Accounts Interest paid today? N.B. Mine shows online in the transaction list and balance, but only in the balance on the app. My factsheet says interest is paid on 31st March, so something seems wrong.

Whatsmore, the online profile says my last log in was in 2093! 😳
Thanks for the information on the early interest payment(s).

I have just checked and the interest was credited yesterday, 26th March 2023, for my:
    • Six Access Cash ISA Account
    • Online Rainy Day Account
    • Internet Saver Plus Account
Also, as you and others have mentioned, I last logged in 70 years from now  ;)

I feel left behind - my last YBS login was earlier today, and I received no interest on any of my 6 YBS accounts. Should I raise a complaint? o:)

Thanks for the heads up (Now everyone knows you are a time traveler  ;)

Interest credit date 26 Mar 2023 on my Rainy Day account.
Im a tad uneasy to see the spillover interest amount at a lower tier rate of 2.85%; as it is above the 5K threshold, but I cannot use one of the 2 valuable withdrawal counts per anniversary year
Im aware the amount hardly makes any difference in monetary terms.

2nd tier will be 3.1% from 5th April.  I've got £48 of interest, if I transfer it somewhere else that pays say 3.25% I will gain something around 8p by this time next year.  May as well keep this £48 where it is.

If you're on issue 33 (the latest issue) then the rate should update automatically but if you're on a previous issue then you might have to switch to issue 33 to get the higher rate if they don't apply the increase to previous issues.

Annoying. Cleared it out last week to Gatehouse 3.2%! If they took a leaf out of Coventry / YBS playbook and announced in advance they would have retained that large balance.

Glad Aldermore have finally caught up too as I left a modest balance in there after the last cull. Was on the list to revisit if no movement by next week.
