Looking at the website now, 34 is the latest issue for Shawbrook. I'm on 33 too so will ask for the upgrade.refluxer said:
If you're on issue 33 (the latest issue) then the rate should update automatically but if you're on a previous issue then you might have to switch to issue 33 to get the higher rate if they don't apply the increase to previous issues.patpalloon said:

I've experienced these problems with First Direct, Lloyds, TSB and Al Rayan. I have to say that conversations with Al Rayan were different, very short, no silly questions, they were just making sure that my £1 test sent previously arrived to a designated bank account and confirming that it was me who made a payment.OceanSound said:I saw many posts about Santander's attractive rate on here a few days ago.
Please note some forumites have experienced issues (in the form of random locks/blocks) moving money out of a Santander account to other bank/Fintech accounts:

Taking many a phone calls and days to unlock/unblock.
Just something to bear in mind.
I've been with Santander since 2010 and never experienced any problems, not yet
Anyway, I think it's a better practice to keep IA cash in more than one bank.0 -

@soulsaver
I actually thought they were the same rate as my Issue 6 is 3.30% but that is because I chose monthly interest.0 -
Is issue 6 not going up too?0
