According to Moneyfacts, the Coventry Building Society Limited Access Saver (Online) issue 8 interest rate will be increasing to 3.30%.  The account allows up to 6 penalty-free withdrawals per account year.

Is there any restriction on opening Issue 8 if you already have Issue 6?

None, I have both.

I actually thought they were the same rate as my Issue 6 is 3.30% but that is because I chose monthly interest.

Issues 6 & 7 move to 3.35% AER next Tuesday, so Issue 8 is ahead of them today, but will fall behind the previous issues when their rate is increased next week.

The earlier issues went up after the BoE announcement but the latest issue 8 didn’t at that point so 6 should already have increased

 Limited Access Saver Issue 6. Increases to 3.35% on 4th April.
