1) no , by email to their DPO by reading their privacy page on their website is the usual correct method of contact
2) correct

2) Tell them that, as they have X years left of the 6 years provided for under the limitaitons act, there is no reasonable excuse for them to continue processing your data
AS you are also taking debt advice, you require an additional extension.0 -

The Right of Accress Request on the PPC web site asks for:
*My Name
*Vehicle Reg
*PCN Ref Number
*Vehicle Model
*My Email
Put it doesn't give me the option to ask for specifics like in the Newbies Post:
"A SAR is free. Ask for (as a minimum):
- ALL photos taken
- all letters/emails sent and received, including any appeal correspondence earlier
- if the car park was Pay and Display, ALWAYS ask for a PDT machine record from that day, of payments made (VRNs can be partially redacted but insist on getting this and follow it up if they refuse).
- all data held, all evidence they will rely on, and a full copy of the PCN, NTK
- and a list of all PCNs they consider are outstanding against you and/or this VRN, and remind them that any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim, not several separate claims."
Are they expected to give all details at this point?0 -

Limitations Act? I have not read or seen this mentioned before.0 -
A SAR is a SAR
They cannot dictate the format of the request.
Very simply say provide a copy of all information you hold, this should include, but not limited to photographs, all computer based records, all paper based records and should include anything sent or received from / to the DVLA
They have one month to supply the informationPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0 -
If the webform wont do it, then use your head and work out another way to get the request to them. Email , post first class with free proof of posting
Limitations Act is utterly google'able. It sets out a 6 year deadline to pursue det claims.0 -
Definitely say in writing to the solicitor that 'I am receiving debt advice'.
This has been covered on other threads and is a tactic to buy 30 days (the SAR data will then arrive and help you see their case) and/or to not get the 30 days, but then you can add it to the list of unreasonable conduct, by not complying the PAP for Debt claims.
Read the PAP, see how to play them at their own game.
Sassii's contact got £1750 for failure to comply with the PAP, among other things.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

With a Claim Issue Date of 7th May, and having done the Acknowledgement of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 10th June 2019 to file your Defence.
That's three weeks away. Loads of time to produce a perfect Defence, but don't leave it to the last minute.
When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as suggested here:-
Print your Defence.
- Sign it and date it.
- Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
- Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
- Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
- Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
- Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to keep you under pressure.
- Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
0 - Sign it and date it.
